We are the 2nd owners of this piano. It is a great little piano, but has been sitting in our living room for 3 years without being played. It does have some wear. It needs to go to a new home. Purchaser will need to arrange with a professional piano mover. (It will need to go down 5 steps) According to the Cable-Nelson serial number chart, the serial number 204000 corresponds to the year 1947. As the piano's serial number (202976) is slightly lower, the Cable-Nelson piano was likely manufactured in 1947 or possibly late 1946.
