1970 Fender Sovereign Harmony H1260 Guitar

1970 Fender H1260 guitar. This guitar is stamped F70 Made in USA The serial # is 9156H1260 so I guess it is a H1260 although I see people calling it a 1060. This Sovereign guitar was built by Harmony for Fender and was the flagship of the Harmony brand. I guess it was a top choice for many famous guitar players including Jimmy Page as it is said he used this model on Stairway to heaven. It has a old growth solid Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides. Tortious shell type headstock and pickgaurd. The guitar does have high action by the 12th fret,so it may be in need of a neck reset. I don't know I am a drummer haha.The frets are are in good condition with plenty of life left. The fretboard is nice and the the truss does adjust but I don't know enough to try and adjust it. To me the neck looks pretty straight but probably could be adjusted some. It is missing the neck heel cap on the back. There is a nice ding in the back but does not appear to go through the wood. There are quite a bit of finish cracks and some dings on the the guitar but nothing that looks like it is through the wood. The guitar sounds amazing and looks great.
