We had a great experience with Fred when we bought our 2021 Ford Explorer Hybrid. From the moment we walked in, he wasn’t like a typical car salesman, very laid back, never pushy, and made us feel comfortable. He was busy helping another customer but still greeted us and said, “If you see anything you like, let me know.”

We were interested in the Explorer and he tossed us the keys and told us to take it for a spin. No pressure, no hassle, just trust. That really stood out. After the test drive, Fred was helpful and kind, and before long we were driving it home for good.

Later that night a warning light came on, so I texted him. He immediately told us to bring it back in, had it checked out, and reassured us that we were fully covered if anything came up. That gave us a lot of peace of mind.
