Vintage Porcelain Wash Basin & Pitcher

Remember these from your grandma's guest room? That room that was so neat and immaculate, you were scared to even look in it! 😳 Anyway, this treasure has a beautifully scalloped mouth opening, subtle embossing on the body, and hand painted floral design. The pitcher has a tiny chip that eventually grew into a crack unfortunately. But the crack seems to be solely on the surface, and this thing is thick, so I don't think it's in danger of actually splitting.. See last two pictures marked with a yellow arrow because it is hardly noticeable. Like many vintage collectibles, there are artist/sculptor markings at the bottom of the pitcher, and I have magnified them and searched Google for the creator but have had no luck. Very charming piece.
