I actually just contacted Nuna to ask about this "expiration" and they said their policy now is that it's fine for 7 years from purchase (which would obviously be at some point AFTER the manufacture date). This one was bought new in 2020 therefore, good till at least 2027. I included the verbiage from their site. Obviously I no longer have the original receipt but I'm providing all the info so you can make the decision that works for you PRIOR to pick up!
