Original Framus Billy Lorento 5/120 - circa 1953-57 - excellent condition.

$900 cash or $1200 in trade value Very rare original Framus 5/120 'Billy Lorento' archtop guitar. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL, NOT A REISSUE. I am not certain of the year, but it is the earlier version, circa 1953-1957. This golden beauty is in very good original condition - very minor wear, just some pick scratches on the pick-guard. The action is low and it is a dream to play. One pot has a little play in it, but other than that it is in very good overall condition. Still has the original amphenol connector (has NOT been converted) and comes with a long amphenol-to-1/4" cable. There is a small chip in the veneer on the headstock, just above the nut. One bridge saddle appears to be a different color than the rest so may have been replaced at some point. The neck width at the nut is 1 3/4". The 5/120 was reissued in 2012 but this is the original and it is a very rare guitar. Comes with original case I doubt you'll find a nicer one.
