Description
Condition is just like in the image. SO MANY Custom parts it makes your head spin. There are a few things that need to be addressed before it is road ready. First, the electrical. It has a brand new factory wireloom. Most of the wiring is done (e.g., coils, regulator/rectifier, taillights, even the new electronic igintion.) The reason I stopped was because I was going to just buy a $300 motogadget and finish it off that way. If you haven't heard of these devices, look it up; they are amazing and worth buying. My intention with this bike was to rebuild it better than original and better than new. As such, most parts are either restored to new condition or modernized. The carbs are adjusted properly to the velocity dtacks already so that is not an issue either. Oil lines are in. Fuel lines will need to be routhe ( a 30 min job for someone that knows how to follow the manual ( I have an original 750 manual which is included). The tank is custom painted, the seat is custom made as well with marine vinyl. I removed the center stand and do not have another as it wasn't needed. The kickstand has new rubber. All rubber is new on tank as well. The bike ran and rode before I started the restoration, but has not been ridden since. All fluids are drained, engine is cleaned and repainted. It has been stored in a dry place with holes covered up for storage. It has been like my child for the few years I have owned it. Texas title is also included which matches the serial number stamped on the neck. You will need a couple of new bolts for the rear Shocks to fit the larger swing arm properly...sleeves or shims will work, too. That swing arm came off a later model Honda and is stronger than original and will support a larger set of wheels. It is also 3" longer than stock. The rims are powdercoated, but I would recommend a new set of Sun rims. The old stock ones need balancing 90 in front and 60 in rear, I believe. They are ok for going short distances, but not for long distances. New rims would be better. Spokes on current rims are also new. Tires are new. Just about the whole bike is new. It uses clip ons, but the existing ones were just cheap adjustable ones I used temporarily. I would recommend Tarrozzis. The rear sets are a new Tarrozi model also, and were made specifically for the cb750. Gauges ate new, and I added a vdo with a custom dash plate. I would recommend a new fuel petcock. the front caliper also needs a rebuild, but a new one can be had on ebay for cheap. To answer your questions: 1 Are you the first owner of it? No. I have the original title. 2 Why are you selling it? Have other bikes and vehicle projects that need my attention. This sale will fund those. 3 . Mileage on bike when restore started, 32,000 4. What's my asking price? $2500 5 I will only accept CASH, Zelle or CashApp ...NO TRADES
