GPS tracking devices are installed on all new vehicles, and you are charged for them, these are completely unnecessary folks, you can find your car through your phones app, and just another way to charge you money. hundreds of dollars plus tax. they tell you they will refund you or take them off in exchange for your feedback with Ford, but they do not do this. I will also be writing Elena Ford personally to express my dissatisfaction with their sales ethics. My purchase, a 2023 Mustang Mach-e also had scratches on it all over the paint job, I have never been delivered a brand-new car with a finish so poorly managed before. This is coming from a previously certified auto body repair collision mechanic, at a Ford Dealership no less, this is sad. I did get a deal on the car, but I don’t think that the gouge I received on my trade, the damaged finish on the new car and the dealer markup by installing tracking devices of all things would make up for it. I would steer clear of this dealership if you are considering a new car. Can't wait to see what the response from the owner is going to be. How about some contact information so I can express my concerns and discuss this myself with upper management or the owner?

Don’t buy a Ford! (stay away from Ford of Kirkland) I purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach-e, and sales person did not explained the car’s features. Then, after a couple of months the problems started to happen… the BlueCruise hands free driving subscription was about to expire, I renewed, it worked for a few days and suddenly stopped. I called Ford customer support 4 times without a solution, they just asked me some scripted questions, to check the settings without any solution. Last “expert” after asking me the same questions, at the end asked me to take the vehicle to the dealership.  I called Ford of Kirkland, and to my surprise, a diagnostic will take 4 days, when I asked for a loaner I was told that they don’t offer this service. If you want a Ford from this dealership, you have to pray to not have any issues with the car. It is was a very disappointing experience.

Update 02:
After leaving the car at the dealership for 4 days. The service department was not able to fix the BlueCruise problem. They told me they didn’t find any problems (without a road test). I left the service department and went to talk to Noel Holler who wasn’t there. I then asked for the manager and talked to Rich Ewing who said that their technicians are new hires and not experienced, He asked me if this was the third time, I asked why, and he said that after three unsuccessful visits they could request an engineer from Ford in Detroit. Otherwise, I should take the car to one of the bigger Ford dealerships (Seattle or Snohomish). Obviously, they priority is sell cars without taking any responsibility for fixing them.

Update 01:
The problem is the lies. When I scheduled the service appointment when I asked for a loan, I was told that the dealership doesn’t offer such service. After I wrote my review, the manager replied and said that will be a loaner for me. When I arrived to drop off my car and pickup the loaner. I was offered a Ford Escape with no gas and not clean inside (see pictures). I believe this is the Ford “Excellence” service.

Great buying experience! They were not pushy at all and made the whole buying process super easy.

After having my previous car totaled I embarked on the painful process of buying another car. I found my beautiful blue outback from carfax and it was listed at Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland. I sent an email in and talked with Tyler a bit, but the day I was able to do the test drive I ended up being paired with Stephen who did a fantastic job as our salesman. My mom and I are no-nonsense people, and I’m disabled so I’m limited on what I can do in a day, and Stephen was very understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured so I was able to go at my own pace, and when it came to negotiation we started at 3:30pm and were out of there by 6:30pm with keys in hand, all papers signed, and a great deal made. They also cleaned the car again for me and checked the seals because I lost my previous car to flood damage and broken seals resulting in the whole interior molding.
I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Stephen was to deal with, he’s a great salesman and was able to take my mom’s fierceness on negotiating when most don’t. More need to act like him!
Tyler did a wonderful job responding to my emails as well, and sent me a great video of the car showing underneath checking for rust, and under the hood with the engine running. This video is what helped me decide to get the car because I had two outbacks lined up, and despite this one having more miles and being two years older, seeing the thorough video was very reassuring.

It’s also worth mentioning I have a service dog and they were wonderful about me bringing him for the test drive. I would happily come back here someday if I was a Ford or Hyundai owner (Subaru has me for life though), but I have recommended them to family who love Ford’s.

Thanks for working with me to bring me my dream car, especially after the loss of my previous one, and for making me feel comfortable and accommodated with my disabilities.
