Deep Freeze™ Performance Gel is what powers these ice packs to excel at maintaining the cold. Each size offers a different performance time. The 250 gm ice pack stays frozen 4 hours longer than ice, the 600 gm stays frozen 6 hours longer and the 800 gm ice mat stays frozen 8 hours longer. The ice mat and the 600 gm ice pack are foldable so that they can wrap around items if desired. In larger coolers, the ice mats can be placed along the two sides of the cooler and the other ice packs can be layered in between contents. The 250 gm ice pack is the perfect size for lunch bags.
