Was apprehensive about going here to begin with after reading the reviews. But once getting there I was completely relieved. They were honest and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They worked with me on the down payment to get me into the car I wanted too. I am so happy with my purchase and overall experience.

I recently had the Displeasure of purchasing a vehicle from National Auto Sales East LLC and I couldn’t be More disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in I asked about the car I found on Facebook and showed him the ad and he said just so you know that the down payment didn’t mention that in the ad and then I asked why he didn’t mention it. The down payment is $1500 in the car is $6000, it’s a big difference. He gave me a look and that told me everything. That’s how they get people down here to take advantage of them. Also, they made it their business as soon as they sold me the car to tell me oh it’s an additional $500 for the paperwork after I already brought the car and asked me how I wanted to handle that lack of professionalism and respect is off the scale then after all of this happens, he asked me hey can you write a great review for us and I’ll wait I just wanna look and see what you write I wanted to write because he doesn’t want me to tell people that you will be taking advantage of It’s a rip off I Uber Driver, how do they expect me to make money when the car wouldn’t even start up they told it away after two weeks of the original purchase even give me a phone call or anything I could’ve had the money for them already I could’ve made money Uber, but the car won’t start, and it has an electrical problem that they didn’t tell me about to let them know about the problem he told me it’s and there’s nothing he can do so the only thing I’m telling you is remember this car is as is whatever you buy from them and they do not care about anything but getting your money from you and towing a car if you don’t have theirs save your money and go to someone has a honest listing. At least you know what you’re dealing with these people don’t even know the problems that’s wrong with the cars that they sell because they have a as is contract you have to sell and they are not willing to help you after they sell use the car

Worst dealership you can find, I recommended Los amigos auto sales they have nice clean cars that are reliable or anywhere else I came here looking for a nice car only to be treated rude and unprofessional they just want your money it feels like a scam. Before you do buy a car from here make sure to make sure to look at everything the car has wrong with it because they don’t give guarantees or refunds . I got a 2014 challenger from there location in the east side which they claim it is a different dealership and owner even though the owner told me he owned both lots. The car I got overheated and started boiling after 30min of driving home if that and then my brother got in the car and we notice that the passenger seat doesn’t lock and we look further and find that the headlight is tied on with a shoe lace and a dirty shirt as a mount.They told me I could swap the car for a different one but after looking at the cars more carefully they where worst then the one I chose so I finally decided to take a loss and just buy the cheapest car they had on the lot. ANYWHERE BUT HERE TRUST ME.
