Brand spanking new, factory sealed in near mint minus NM- condition package, mint on sealed card MOSC. GI Joe 2005 Scarlett V4 / Cobra Commander V23 / Breaker V3 Comic Book 3 Figure Pack. Comes with a classic comic book from Marvel Comics: G.I. Joe A Real American Hero Issue #9. Scarlett comes with a pair of skis. I'm the original owner. I hunted for the best conditioned package with the best paint job like symmetrical eyes. Package is in near mint minus NM- condition or better. There is some bubbling on the back upper left area but looks like during manufacturing because it's where the bubble is glued and hard to see and a minor scuffing on the left edge of that area. There are a couple of minor scuffing to the back edge of the back upper right corner but front side is not damaged. There is a minor crease on the back bottom right corner. There are some minor scuffing on the back middle area. I try to disclose even the smallest blemish so that there aren't any surprises. Feel free to ask me any questions.
