The service I received from Caspain Auto group was good. All of my paperwork was completed before arriving to the dealership so the process was smooth. I highly recommend Caspian auto group i had an issue with my Cadillac Cue Screen and all was repaired and everything is working properly. Thanks to Armando for keeping his word and making the buying and repair process a breeze.

I can’t say how these guys are as a whole, the the SERVICE department is definitely not up to par. Sam- in maintenance- screwed me over twice. Not only did he kidnap my vehicle for three months while I waited to have an engine replaced….. the engine that he put in had a six month warranty on it and he WOULD NOT HONOR it, even though I still had like a week-n-a-half left til the warranty actually expired. Now I’m without a vehicle because he wants to hold a grudge about a previous review that I left about him. I recommend if u a get a vehicle from this place, do not use the service department if your vehicle needs to be serviced.

Got my car a few months ago and it runs great! Couldn't fix my light and came in and they fixed it free of charge! Also was told my first oil change was free and it was! Awesome place and people.
