Make an offer? Car engine is still good and the oil filter housing is broken. Car got totaled out but insurance doesn't want to work when needed so I stopped paying on it and was hoping they would repo the car and haven't since June and I want it off my yard I don't care where it goes what done to it I just want it gone can be pulled out but just take it fix whatever. Car does not run needs to be towed
