This is high-quality, solid, very heavy American hardwood (Oak/Ash). Can repurpose the wood into non-baby furniture. The side slats could be turned into: Garden trellis panels or herb planters. Magazine or quilt racks. A small toddler-sized bench or porch swing. Chalkboard easels for older kids.
