***CLEAN TITLE IN HAND**** 2014 25 foot Springdale RV made by Keystone. * winter package heater ran thermostat, vented floors. * recently replaced water tank and pump. Things wrong with interior:(minor) *Needs a couple panels replaced *Stereo has never worked I imagine it is just the receiver . *Needs water valve for toilet * Bathroom vent fan and skylight in bathroom need to be replaced. (WE DO HAVE THE SKYLIGHT) * some minor scratches in the wood from normal.wear.and tear . * Could use new fabric on the cushions everything else is good. all electrical besides radio works, AC/Heater work great. refrigerator and freezer run very cold.
