Super comfortable sofa and loveseat! Coming from a clean non-smoking home. The loveseat has a broken spring under one of the cushions so it sits a little lower, but still totally usable. The loveseat is free and we are only charging for the main couch. The sofa is 90 inches long The loveseat is 70 inches long
