This living room set is in good condition, coming from a clean, pet free, smoke free home. It has seen less than 4 years of use since we purchased it brand new. There are no stains or significant wear, just a small tear on the sofa's left side and cushion (see photos), which unfortunately happened during moving. You'll love the 4 comfortable recliners and the convenient large center storage console in the loveseat. Plus, the sofa sections come apart, giving you the flexibility to arrange them with arms on or off. This couch and loveseat are truly more beautiful and comfy in person. We're redecorating our home and need a different color. They are both yours for only $500!
