The ramp is brand new in the original box it came from the vendor. It is very well done and sturdy but super light to move. My cat spend his days sleeping on my bed while I work to get his tuna, that is his safe spot. That said, while sick he only wants to be on my bed, so he was not eating/drinking or using the litter because jumping from the bed was painful. I had to take care of him feeding him on the bed and placing him directly on the litter couple times day and night. He was feeling better and started jumping from the bed just to walk ( he was walking like I'm just fine Karen"😼). But the vet said I should prevent him to jump and even from walk since the injury qas close to his paw 🤦🏻‍♀️ ("good luck with that Karen!"😹) I had to took time off from work because besides he was eating/drinking/litter by his own, his leg was not improving, so I was catching him in the air when he was jumping from the bed, bringing him to the litter again and being sure he was not causing more harm or surgery will be the next step 😩 Then I was basically up all day and all night. So that was not good for me. I decided a ramp will be helpful for the 2 of us, and it was. But I needed it in a hurry so I order the one I'm selling since its dark color matched my furniture. But its delivery was delayed. So I ordered a second one that suppose to be delivered next day, and that was the one I kept (the light color one). The vendor from the dark one didnt want it back since the shipping was more expensive than the item itself, so she asked me to keep it, but I already have one so maybe someone can take advantage of it since it is brand new. My cat is great now, the ramp I used for him was really helpful, I could go back to work knowing he will be able to use the litter and walk around the house. This was also a good training for when he gets older and maybe needs to use it again to get everywhere. Thanks for reading! 😺
