Had a very good experience with Edwin Rubio, Alan, Sheik, and the crew at AutoNation when I bought a used Chevy Colorado yesterday. The process was smooth and Edwin was friendly, prepared, and good with my eleven year old son. Alan laid out our sale/trade options clearly. Sheik got our financing pushed through with a pretty good rate for where interest rates are now. No hiccups and we were in and out with our new truck in two and a half hours including test driving, appraising the trade-in, financing, insurance transfer, the whole deal. I would definitely return to this dealership and team in the future.

For anyone looking to service your Toyota, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I have had countless problems with this dealership’s service department (I once had to take six different trips there to replace my head unit), but this latest one rubbed me the wrong way.

I had decided to only use this place for simple oil changes and tire rotations, but my volume knob broke which is a common issue on the new Tundras, so I asked them to replace it at my last oil change.

The first problem was that it took over half an hour to drop off my truck at my appointment time because they never have enough service people working the desks to check people in. Don’t even attempt to wait there while your vehicle is being serviced, everything takes multiple hours.

They replaced my volume knob and on the drive home I could feel something was off, like it was catching against something. I decided to take off the new knob and found the broken plastic piece from the old knob was still there and they just smashed on the new part over the broken piece without even checking that it worked properly. I fished out the plastic piece myself and it works fine, but this just shows how little this dealership cares about service. If they can’t even get a simple volume knob replaced correctly, I wonder what other short cuts they take.
