2002 Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan

Im selling my dodge caravan 2002 with very low milage of 128,000. Im driving a new car now and can’t afford to include it to my insurance. This perfectly drive and as you see,no engine alarm at all. With new battery on it. Why selling so cheap and just want to be transparent and just dont wanna hide something or whatsoever and just want to get rid of this as only sitting in front of our house. 1) has visible crack on windshield 2) rear passenger tire, has small hole(3 other tires were brought from le schwab so it still has warranty i believe) 3) wiring of radio/sterio has been disconnected(fixable) 4) registration expired 5) ceiling interior started to take off but tolerable. 6) check engine light on Everything works fine(except from above issues) 1) working lock for sliding doors 2) working windows controllable(opening and closing) 3) new battery 2022. 4) after market rims 5) tinted window on the back seat 6) quick start and can bring you from A to B 7) newly flashed the transmission oil
