This is an Intermec handheld barcode scanner, model 136865-01 REV A. It features a simple one-button operation with status indicator lights on the top and connects via a standard USB-A cable. The coiled cable is in good shape and provides decent reach without tangling. Condition is good with some minor scuffs on the plastic housing from normal use.
