$225 for each Armchair/ottoman set (3 available).Garage sale on Saturday so will sell for full price before then or cone to Regency Estates Saturday to make lower offer and if still available, will consider. Real wood sturdy frame so very heavy. Leather type material on arms is peeling off but would look great with that part reupholstered. You must be able to bring a couple of people and remove it yourself🙂
