I bought a used car from them in 2023 and the first time I took my car to get serviced. There was a clip missing to keep my air filter in place, when I got it back.  I called them, told them it was missing and they said “it’s probably just cause they were old and they fell out”. They let me come in and they put new ones in for free, which was really nice. The next time I went in my air filter clip was missing again. It was making a bunch of noise and rattling. This time instead I put a zip tie and connected it where the clip should have been. I took my car in to get new tires, and after I got it back there were 3 things I noticed. The zip tie I was using to keep the air filter in place was gone and there was no clip to replace it. It felt like my car was going wherever it wanted, making me feel like there was a problem with the alignment during the tire installation. My valve stem had been bent and the cap had been completely broken off. There were a couple other things that were missing or broken in past services, but I didn’t notice it till 1-3  days after I had gotten my service done. All these problems arise after I've picked it up from them, I will be going to a place that's going to make me feel safe about driving my car after I’ve had it serviced.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Stephen Wade Nissan in Utah has been beyond disappointing and I feel obligated to share. I purchased a 2024 Ford Mustang EcoBoost on February 5th, 2025, with the agreement that the dealership would handle the shipping to Maryland. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare:

Over 10 days passed with no shipping arrangements until I had to follow up multiple times.

The dealership provided a transport company's details, but the driver had no knowledge of my vehicle and was heading to Arizona.

When my car finally arrived, it had to be jump-started. I was told it was "due to the cold," but an AutoZone test confirmed the battery was faulty.

To top it off, the car's system showed the oil level was under 30% upon delivery. How does that even happen with a newly purchased vehicle?

Attempts to get clear answers and resolutions from the dealership were met with vague responses and delays.

This entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I highly caution anyone considering buying from this dealership to think twice. Communication, customer service, and basic vehicle prep have been nothing short of abysmal. I am demanding compensation and will be pursuing this until resolved. Do better, Stephen Wade Nissan.

If i could give the dealerships of Theaving Wade a zero I would.
I went in on April 5th to cancel a warranty i had from a car i traded in on a car in Vegas. I told the finance guy i no longer lived at the address on file and to please call me when the refund check was ready he said no problem. Fast forward to two weeks I left a couple vm's in the finance dept. no returned call. So finally on the 24th i got someone on the phone they did their research and was able to find the check but had to speak to accounting to see if the check was ready or just what. I got a call today (25th) that the check was mailed out on the 22nd to my old address. So now i have to wait for the check to get returned to them and who knows how long that will take. Save your money theaving wade strikes again, there are several reasons that their known as theaving wade! I went to Vegas and traded my car in at a Toyota dealership and got a much better deal on my trade in and on the car I purchased since they were also not helpful and willing to bargain or anything at their Toyota dealership.

You guys know nothing about customer service. Pretty sad when a dealership has been around for 30 years you have 2 reviews on Facebook 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I just spoke with Daniel who ever he is and you people expect me to pay $25 to have a new check cut yeah right why don’t you have the person who didn’t call me like they were supposed to do pay the $25 fee.

Richard is a great service advisor. Everyone here I have dealt with are accommodating. .  I am always treated well, even with my older Nissan.  Prices are at the higher end of things but I have never had to return for a failed repair.  Diagnosis is quick and in line with online research I typically do before bringing my car in.  I will definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership given their track record with the service end of things. If not I hope I can continue to use this service team for future repairs.

Trace was awesome to work with! The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Tyler in finance explained and walked us through everything at the purchase. We had a slight issue with the car a few days later and the team didnt hesitate to take care of it! Would buy here again!
