Giant Birthday Cake Foil Balloon In Excellent Condition. Double sided, Jumbo Size Approx. 27”W X 53”H, Self-Sealing Mylar Balloon, No Helium Needed So No Float, Reusable. It’s purchased new but used once for photo decor. It sits on the ground, great for photo prop or party decor. It won’t float because it doesn’t use helium. It has to be prepped against the wall or something so it won’t work for in the park party. It last a long time, been kept indoor in plastic bag so it’s clean & easy to maintain. Never put on floor, I sat it on my extra couch. So adorable & fun for photo props. Cash & Pick Up Only. Please note due to its size, you need big roomy car to transport it.
