Second, one of the things I do at my job is train employees on how to supply NEXT LEVEL customer service and care -- something we call HOSPITALIAN-LEVEL customer service (please see the photo of my playful "HOSPITALIAN ID badge" from our training). So please believe when I say to you -- Jorge, Scott, Tony, Eric, and Tina -- that my husband and I, when purchasing a vehicle, have never before experienced anything close to your level of customer service. Simply FLAWLESS customer care, you guys! No games, no upsell, no hidden or extra fees . . . just simple, clear, kind communication and over-and-beyond service. I'm still STUNNED. Lol.

And here's just one tiny, telling example of many from our experience with you: Due to my hectic schedule, I ended up having to return to Porsche Plano (to complete the purchase) with my hair still drying under my head scarf after my workout. 😩🤦🏾‍♀️ For that reason, I was a bit uncomfortable to start. However, I soon relaxed and felt at ease . . . as you guys didn't blink an eye: You met me (and my head scarf 😅) with the SAME gracious, on-the-up-and-up kindness, care, and customer service as you had the previous day.

I have a 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera turbo wide body. They have done work to the car and checked it over extensively. They are expert in everything they do. The customer service experience is fantastic at every level. Tim Shaffer my personal service rep and the entire service team there have been such a pleasure to deal with. The engine and body work, even some of the very unique work that needs to be done on a Porsche like this, has been the best. Chuck has worked on the car when needed for two years now and is one of the best in the business. Always comes out to talk to me about what he found and what he did. Cant speak highly enough about Tim, Chuck and the entire team at Porsche Plano. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my first time having my Porsche serviced at Porsche Plano and I’m happy that I tried their service department. The items I was concerned about were taken care of very well and coordination by the service advisor Tim Shaffer made the whole process go smoothly. Tim kept me informed of the progress and associated costs and scheduled the pickup when the work was done.
