Description

Vintage cast iron oil tank valve hinged cover made by Union Manufacturing Company in Boyertown, PA. Has “CHECK” embossed on the cover. Union Mfg Co. dates to 1866 and was initially involved with the making of old stoves. Estimate this dates to early 1900s or before. Has a great industrial look!! Very good condition with no cracks or breaks to the heavy cast iron. Lid opens and closes as normal. Very minor surface rust. Measures about 10” x 6.25”. See pics for more details.
