Willing to Negotiate Price This unit is a fifth wheel, it was purchased at the end of 2023, brand new, custom designed, for $178k. The owner lived in it for a year in one location, after travelling very lightly to reach the destination, it has been cleaned and repaired, and it needs a good home. This thing is a beast. 5 slides maximize the space you get to experience, it feels like living in a one bedroom apartment. It has been upgraded with the strongest axles, a fiber glass body, three AC units, a backup camera, and more. I also have a 20k solar kit set-up (with 10 massive batteries) if you're interested in going solar. It has a GRAND kitchen with the three main appliances and an island with a charge tower. The living room has two electric reclining seats and two queen sized hide-away beds, an electric fireplace, and a Roku TV. The bathroom is full sized, with a full sized shower that has 3 shower heads to choose from and a seat, and two sinks, each with their own cabinets. The master bed is King Sized and has a gorgeous curved closet with a lot of storage space, and a washer/dryer combo in the small closet next to it. There is another Roku TV in this room as well. There is SO much storage both inside and underneath this unit, it is such an incredible find and if you do a lot of traveling, this is the right thing for you. This beast was made to last harsh winters and long travels, to be taken across the country on a search for land to call home. Situations change, but hopefully you can find a home in this amazing work of art. Photos are OLD from when it was first being cleaned after the current owner needed to move. It has since been perfectly clean, fixed to be new again, and is waiting to be lived in!
