You pick up. I cannot deliver it. Very loved House bed that my son has grown out of. As you can see from the picture it has some scratches and I am missing two of the bolts which can be got at any hardware store. The top come off but that is in. The slats in the bottom are screwed in like that because I didn't have a box spring and my son loved sleeping in that on top his mattress! Although it does have bumper pads on the side in case your little one smacks their head. Stands about 5 foot tall with roof on and is a little longer than a toddler mattress. Mattress not included.
