Used but in working condition. It works fine but could use some TLC. Their customer service is super helpful in assisting you to figure out what needs to be replaced if and when. I’m 99% sure it needs a new weight sensor that auto spins the unit. The sensor will sense weight and then 15 min later spin. This does it sometimes but not all the time. I did replace a couple of years ago. The parts they sell are very affordable. We no longer need this unit anymore for kitties which is why we are selling. Comes with a ton of extra litter bags that I purchased separately from Litter Robot site. Please reach out with any questions. It is easy to take apart and clean / hose down the inside every few months. Was $800 new.
