Hi. I am a custon Strat-style guitar that my owner is selling. I started my life as a First Act ME301. I was played hard and put away wet. I was then tossed in a closet to collect dirt and grime until my current owner found me. I was then given a new life. He removed my ugly pickguard with the awful electronics. He then added a new, tortoise shell pockguard with a Fender switch, Fender pots, and some much better pickups, though the brand fails me. He also removed my awful tuning machines and gave me a new set of sealed tuners. The big thing is, he reshaped my headstock. I was a little nervous at first, but the face-lift left me a bit more balanced as I used to be neck heavy. I feel I am a bit better looking up there as well. He then leveled and crowned my frets, polished my tailpiece and put me back together. I feel like a new guitar. Sure, I still have some woulds and scars, but I play nicely and don't sound half bad. I also sport, what my person thinks is an ash body, and a flame maple neck with a pretty nice fingerboard. I am ready for my new owner as my stay was brief. He just wanted to see if he could breathe new life into me. I think I would be great for a beginner guitarist. In fact, I overheard him tell someone that he hopes a young person would want to learn musoc with me.
