Update Emad and Dean have been amazing helping with an extended warranty and doing the repairs making it headache free for me these guys at Drive Now are the real deal they care about their customers and will bend over backwards to make it a great experience!!!! Oh and did i mention they even gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired who does this ONLY THE BEST!!!   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYINE NEEDY A QUALITY USED VEHICLE GO SEE THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

Oh my…where do I begin…well let me start out saying my husband and I are middle class roughly and are rebuilding our credit together (thank you student loans 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️) so we knew when my 2018 KIA Sorento bit the dust when we least expected…we were well aware we were not walking into a dealership with shined cars inside and out with balloons and the wacky waiving inflatable arm tube man…it would likely be a second hand dealership. Obviously we went into this with an open mind. Anyways, we know a sedan payment is lower and my husband loves and is very skilled at working on Mitsubishi Lancer’s. I told him if he found one under 10,000$ we can consider it. So we found this 2016 at Drive Now, clearly the front bumper has a small crack, but not too bad…we have all maybe lost a battle with a mailbox once or twice 😂 so we went to look at it (1 hr 45 min. Drive from us). We got there and just pulling in I felt as though we should have remembered to carry for safety reasons that day. Then we went inside and all I can say is that it reminded me of a broken down “Better Call Saul” “dealership” and it REAKED of BO 🤢 (a/c was clearly broken…like everything else there) then we were greeted by Carlo and he said “okay you got the check? Let’s do this!” and we said “no, we are going to test drive it first, it is also required by the lender”. The face he made was as though he was appalled we even asked!! Then he got the tag and keys, started it for us (okay…that was nice I suppose) then my husband was to look under the hood, that’s when he noticed all the plastic pop pegs for the metal covering in the front, were all gone…he says “oh yeah we fit that!”…okay…we get in and first this my husband sees is the AIRBAG light is on!! “Oh yeah we fix that too!”….okay…then I go to put the seatbelt on in the passenger front seat…one strap comes up and slides through my hand and at the end is the bolt it should have been bolted to the floor with!!!!!!! “Oh yeah we fix that too, it’s okay!”…okay…then we start the test drive… (remember this is a Mitsubishi Lancer, it has pick up!) my husband pulls out and it does not want to switch gears as fluently as it should be, then as he is driving the front end has a shake and my husband can’t let go of the wheel in the slightest because it was so misaligned!!! The top of the triangle on the emblem was pointing almost 90 degrees to the right and that was going straight!!!! We went less than a mile and I was TERRIFIED we were not going to make it back and someone wouldn’t see us on that busy road and slam into us…and here I am with no seatbelt!! I said my prayers! We made it back and my husband then shares with Carlo and myself that the RPM gauge was consistently bouncing up and down…similar to a transmission issue he faced in previous years! We told him we were absolutely not buying this car, he got offended at the issues and when my husband tried to get the price dropped to its actual value and a power transmission warranty…he got mad!!! This vehicle was 100% in an accident!!! But it was never reported, as you can see with the Carfax report! This place and “Carlo” need to be reported and shut down!!! This place is a scam! And not to mention SKETCHY all together!! Stay away unless you would like to lose money and put your life/other peoples lives in a death trap!! ☠️ (I hope you all made it this far! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️)

We drove 2 hours to look at a dodge challenger 2018. Well the pictures you see online of it are NOT what the car looks like in person. It’s wrecked. There is a huge gap in the hood and fender. I can fit my pinky in between them. Then the bumper on the front of car is extremely lose. You bearly press on it and you feel like it’s gonna fall off. My car is a 2008 dodge and is in SO much better shape than the challenger that is TEN YEARS newer than mine. The challenger has been spray painted white and you can’t tell bcuz there’s white paint on the windows and the lights and gas cap. PLUS there’s a HUGE dent in the back left rim. The sales man said “make me a list of things that need to be fixed with it” 🤣 then had the nerve to look me in my eyes and say “it’s a used car what do expect” I told him “ if I’m gonna pay $19,999 for a used car i expect it to be in better shape than the one that’s TEN YEARS older.” Hell then didn’t even have to nerve to wait till we left to start doing things to the car. They was switching out the batteries as we was sitting there.

I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram from here and it has its minor issues but I look under the hood and it has flood damage It came from Florida judging by the last oil change it has salt everywhere in it. I do not recommend buying a car from here ( before you say anything about me not looking at it before the  Purchase it was a surprise for me and I couldn’t look at it the day I got it because it was raining)

It was a great experience buying my car from Drive Now! I didn't buy My 2013 Challenger until I was comfortable with all details I requested from Drive Now. Luis was of great help, making sure that I got answers about conditions on of the car. Luis has great customers skills, which facilitated my decision to buy the car. The same goes for the Owners son, I requested a live video directed to me showing the car running and the inside of the car. That was a great video; I wouldn't have bought the car if wouldn't have seen that video, that video was great, once I saw the video, I knew that car was mine.  At the end after I made my decision to buy, and went to pick it up ,  my Challenger condition was exactly or better than I expected. Then the paper work went through with no problems at all.    I recommend Drive now. They will make sure the cars they sell are serviced before sold ,making sure the car are running well, specially for those who are no mechanics,  and need a reliable car  up running when they get out the door.   If you need a reliable car and reliable dealer support, buy from Drive Now!
