Fibes birdseye maple topaz (about 1999 produced). Drums and specified additionals for sale or trade within my interests listed at the bottom. Please read this ad carefully. If it is listed, it is available. These are my daily driver drums. I am the second owner of these beautiful and amazing sounding maple drums. Historically, they’ve been on a nation wide tour with Lyle Lovett, multiple television appearances, studio work and more. They have been extremely well cared for. These maple shells are Jasper produced before Fibes went to Keller. They look stellar under lights, cameras and the topaz finish pops on stage. These drums wail hard on the tonal spectrum. They are very versatile drums with a conglomerate of heads, clear, coated, single/ double ply, doesn’t matter. They’re flexible and suitable for serious musicians looking for boutique drums that offer wide versatility. Cosmetically they’re almost mint. There are a few expected scratches with drums this classic. However, the edges are still sharp and the finish is glossy and the blemishes are very discrete. These drums are simply, works of art. They’ve always been kept inside, cases (not included in sale/trade) used when drums deployed, cleaned regularly and each tension rod and lug works. They have been babied. Sizes: 22x16 Kick (the size deep is perfect for punch, attack, boom, pillow, no-pillow, etc). Probably my favorite drum on the kit. Includes original Remo ebony Ambassador head with famous Fibes logo on front. See pictures. Also includes original Fibes T-handle tension rods. Not easy to find.
