They come off as want to be so helpful. But at final paper work, they add SO MANY HIDDEN fees. SERVICE CONTRACT $4,500, GAP FEE $995, MAINTENANCE CONTRACT $598,  ROAD-VANTAGE $2,033?!?!?! CAL TEX Appearance $1,4999?!?!?! WHATEVER PRICE THEY HAVE ADVERTISED, EXPECT TO END UP PAYING DOUBLE THAT. I DO NOT recommend getting car from here. And will NEVER get a car from here again. I signed and agreed to one price. initialed accidentally where was supposed to sign. Distinctly remember being no more than $15,000 total for car. And then they ask me come In today and the final price ends up $24,000!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND THEIR FAKE SMILES.

Bought a car recently and rob our sales man was wonderful and very helpful he made us feel very welcomed and showed us the best customer service he worked with us making sure we selected the vehicle we love rob made us feel very comfortable with our vehicle we  chose he is by far the best sales man I work with and recommend anyone who is looking to get a vehicle to check him. What a disappointment. Two weeks ago, my parents bought a used Honda Fit from West Hills Autoplex, then were kind enough to gift it to me. At the time of purchase, the sales staff assured my Mom and Dad that the vehicle had been inspected by their Service Department, and that all routine maintenance (oil change, fluid checks, battery inspection, etc.) had been performed prior to the sale. THIS WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE. My "ready for sale" car hadn't even been vacuumed; there was dirt caked around the inner seal of the hatchback, and all of my floor mats were missing. Then, just days after purchase, my car wouldn't start. I inspected the battery and discovered that the positive connector and post were covered in corrosion (see photo). Luckily, I was able to clean most of that off, and my car started right up afterwards. Now fast forward to yesterday... and my scheduled maintenance light turns on. My car is telling me that it's oil life is at 15% and I'm due for an oil change. Is this some kind of joke? I've owned this car for less than 2 weeks, and it already needs an oil change? Even though it supposedly got one 3 weeks ago? Yeah... I don't think so. The West Hills dealership didn't clean my car before they sold it. They didn't inspect my battery, either. And they sure as hell didn't change my oil... but they pretended that they did. I have no interest in shopping at an establishment that does their customers dirty the way that West Hills did my family; so the next time I'm in the market for a new car, I'll be taking my business anywhere but there.

TL/DR: If you're looking to buy a vehicle with your hard-earned dollars at a business that puts their customers first and conducts itself with honesty and integrity, don't shop here.

Danica was very friendly and helpful. Took us right to the car we wanted to see and was up front about its state and why it was cheaper to help us make a decision. We left to look around on our own and she came promptly when we called for a test drive when we found something better. Left that day with a new truck.

I would give Colin and his team 25 stars if possible! From first entering the department...then the shuttle ride (thank you Scott) to and from home...everyone was so professional AND lovely! I still appreciate the kindness I received. Thank You!  Janet Lee Clark and her Ford Focus...with the troublesome ignition!
