This is a lovely green floral collar necklace adjustable from 17-20.5 inches. The petals feel and look like MOP shell as they are cool. They are not plastic. An artisan took time to wire wrap the petals together and cover them with felt to avoid skin irritation. Well designed. Cat. 2044
