Don did a wonderful job in  explaining  things to us this was our first RV , and  when it was  time to pick it up the staff at Discover RV was great  they hooks us up and explained  and show us how everything work I have to say the whole staff was very informative.  Thanks  Discover RV we are already  rolling smoothly.  I would recommend  anyone who's thinking about buying check out Discover RV.

My Travel Trailer was stolen and recovered.
Thomas and Erik helped me and went beyond Expectations to make the process with the insurance and repairs a lot smoother. Will definitely go back for any maintenance and repairs in the future. Great people that care about their costumers.

Purchased my travel trailer from here. Sam and Jose were awesome! Had some issues with the credit union and the payment method and these guys were patient while the financial department figured it out. Would definitely recommend! These guys don’t push you around trying to upsell you; they got me what I wanted! ❤️

I originally bought my first used 18 foot toy hauler from Discover RV in 2014 and they have grown so much since then, it’s great to see.  Unfortunately, a month later I had a busted leaf spring and they got me right in and fixed it for me.

My 3rd trailer and many years later, October 2024, my family and I were on our way to Pismo and we made a stop at Flying J, 5 miles from my house and I chose to feel my tires and check my lugs, and oooohweee my tires were HOTT! Right before lunch time we decided to go across the street to Discover RV and they said because your on your way out, our guy will have a quick lunch and check your ball bearings.  1 hour later, they called and said it’ll be fixed in an hour and you’ll be on your way and we were.  We were so grateful for their care, we made it safe!

5 months later, on a Wednesday before my Santa Cruz trip on the following Monday, I HOPED for a quick fix from Discover RV.  Long behold, I speak to Erik and he is nothing but kind and understanding about my need and plans, he didn’t laugh at me as some service people at other shops would have done.  Plus, Erik and Thomas got their TOP TEAM on it and not only get my tires done but solved my tail light issue, got my roof protected for a long time and they were able to fill my batteries with well needed purified water and got em charged up for me.  Carson and Mark were nice and funny guys, Jose, that was on my roof was kind and helpful and the lady, I didn’t see her name, that detailed my rig stepped away from what she was doing and guided me to my hitch as I was hooking up to leave, just because she wanted to, I didn’t have to ask!
Needless to say, kindness, understanding and hard work is what Discover RV is about, THANKS DISCOVER RV!
Just one tip…
maybe, use a zip tie to attach the service paper to the rig, instead of sticky painters tape to tape it to the freshly cleaned front of the rig ;)

Had a number of service items for our travel trailer. All items, plus new tires were handled quickly.  Communication was excellent as they worked through the list. Erik was extremely helpful as was his manager Thomas who were able to save us a considerable amount of money on a hitch issue by getting the parts covered by manufacturer warranty. The service at Discover RV greatly improved in the past few years. We recommend them for service needs.
