Description

Restored 1950 40” Wedgewood gas stove. Stove was part of Hammer and Hand retro kitchen remodel by previous homeowners. Currently in use in our home. We have been using it for the last 8 years. Electrical (lamps/timer) was shorted before we moved into the home. Likely a straightforward repair, but we have not looked into it as we have not had a need for the lamps or timer. The stove is in excellent condition and is beautiful. Chip to the porcelain coating on the left upper corner of the oven door and some minor scratches on the lip of the broiler door (cannot see when closed). Chrome all in excellent condition except for the griddle which is due for re-chroming due to use. Inside paint even looks great throughout the stove. We are not a hurry to sell this stove and therefore we are not interested in entertaining low offers. We recognize that it may take time to find a buyer. It truly is a beautiful stove and is in excellent working condition. It will be a centerpiece in the next owner’s kitchen.
