I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to look here first! Art was wonderful and made my first car buying experience simple and straightforward. I didn’t ever feel pressured like some other car dealerships I had been to. I did know exactly what I was looking for though, and he worked with me to get the best possible price. Not only that but I have been driving this car for a month now and it has been amazing, reliable and much safer than my old car. No issues at all. The other reviews seemed too good to be true, but I feel like it’s safe to say now that it’s true!

My elderly mother was in the market for a specific car. Art provided Carfax from the start of inquiry was thorough in addressing any concerns and willing to answer any questions. I was coming from a different part of the state to purchase for my mother and drive the car over 600 miles to her home. Art was very responsive polite and professional. He made sure that I was completely satisfied before diving off and checked in with me several times on my trip to deliver the car. He was easy to work with and you could tell that he not only cares about giving you a reliable vehicle but about making sure you have a top notch experience. I absolutely loved my experience at Upshift Cars and Trucks! From the beginning, Art was very helpful, giving me any information that I asked about the vehicle. When I got there, I already knew which car I wanted to look at. I was able to take it for a test drive with my family and get their take on it, and once I had decided on going with the car, the process did not take long. My bank was giving me some issues that delayed the process, but Art was very helpful and worked around my situation. Once things got cleared up and I could go ahead with the purchase, the paperwork was quick and painless. Art is very friendly, helpful, and competent. I’ve had my car for a month and so far I’ve had zero issues, and absolutely love it. Upshift is definitely worth giving a shot!

Art and UpShift helped me out of a very tight spot. I had a 2009 Prius I bought in may from someone else on Facebook Marketplace, less than 5 months the engine blew. 5k down the drain. After a month of trying to find a cheap car because I was low on cash, marketplace inspections, lies, bad dealerships. I spent probably close to 1k trying to find a good deal. Then I found UpShift.

I found my beautiful 2013 Mazda with 36k miles and immaculate service history, 1 owner, clean title for 9.9k.    No dealer fee.   He even took my blow Prius for 1.5k making it 8.4K. I was able to put 2.5 down and loan out the other 6k. I was having trouble getting my loan with VyStar and Art drove me and picked me up himself to help me get it done.  I now have cool, reliable, fun car. I have even been accepted to Uber opening up a way to make back what I lost trying to sift through the junk.

This is the best car I have owned by far, an actual game changer for me. This is the best price I’ve seen. The best quality, honesty, and help after the fact.

His mechanic Vince just did my follow up oil change at a below market price, they even fixed the underglow light wires some one messed up (totally not me).

Save your time and money and shop here. They will have a car in your budget,  it will be a great car, carfax ready to go, no BS truly. It almost seems to good to be true, but after already putting 3k miles and more than enjoying myself, it is true!

I wanna thank Art for giving me such a deal. You truly helped me out of a bad place. I now have a great car, a second job, and reliable, safe transportation for me and my baby daughter for years to come.
