So I waited a month to make this review. When I first got the car, there was some very minor things that were either broken or not working (right speaker was blown, headlight signal on dashboard didn’t turn on, a few windshield scuffs, and low tire air pressure light turned on a week after driving it) BUT the reason I’m giving 5 stars is because it runs like brand new, haven’t had 1 problem with noises, stuttering, brakes, turning, thumping etc. And the price for this car was WAY under what it sells for without the salvage title.  $10,000 off. So i would totally trust them that the car WILL run perfect, BUT for the amazing price just expect to have some non-mechanical repairs that are usually pretty cheap like the speaker that was blown when I first got it for example. They are very nice people and made me feel like family almost. Very good with communication, and you get way more than what you pay for. Just don’t expect every single non-mechanical thing to be perfect for that price. They just get it to run perfect and sell it. Which I love because I got an amazing price and only had to replace a few things for like $300 which is optional. Good luck! 5/5 stars

I never thought I would write a review, let alone a 5-star review for a used car sales business. But here I am...

Sam, who owns this place, is a wonderful person, a man of his word! He will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer!

First off, this is a place that specializes in selling restored salvage/total loss cars. They have their repair and body shop at this location.

After looking at many used cars at various dealerships, I stopped by this place by chance. Didn't think much of this place. And to be honest, by the looks of the place, I didn't think I would be buying a car from here!

I was met by a young salesperson (TJ). He told me about the cars and was able to quickly narrow down on a few cars based on my requirements. BTW, they have a huge inventory. There was no sales pressure, he took his time, and was extremely patient in answering all questions that I had. I was also allowed to test drive on my own the two cars that I had narrowed down. This first car was at least 30% cheaper than what I would have paid at other places.

The buying process was very easy. They gave me a reference to Mountain America Credit Union to finance the car. All cars come with 2 weeks / 3k miles warranty - which puts your mind a ease. They stand by their word and fix issues that you find with the car.

The cars are used, they are restored salvage/totaled cars. So expect some minor blemishes on these cars - nothing major. Mechanically, I haven't seen any issues with the cars sold by them.

After I bought the 1st car from American Autos. I went back to them again, to buy a more expensive family car. I found a couple of SUVs in their inventory that I liked. Again I test drove these cars (by myself) took all the time to check out the various features of these cars with no pressure to buy. Once I picked out my car, I let Sam know of the few issues that I found on the car (nothing major - some loose trims, etc) on the car, which he fixed.

After I drove out of the lot, I saw a warning on the info panel about low windshield wiper fluid. When I tried to fill it up, the fluid dripped on to the driveway. I called up Sam and he said he would take a look at it. Meanwhile, I took the car to the Buick service to have the oil changed and the car inspected. Everything came out ok. The Buick dealership wanted over $900 to fix the wiper fluid reservoir! I took the car to Sam, he got under the car and showed me that the reservoir and the sensors were intact, and he only had to reset the value in the car's information center! Never going back to that Buick "Stealership" Service again!

Now I drive this amazing premium car at many thousands of dollars lesser! Extremely happy with the whole experience!

I would go here again to buy cars in the future!

I found it through the security module that is still connected to my phone. I was in a bad tbone accident in this vehicle on the passenger side and it was totaled due to the rear seat floor pan being crushed. That is a part that you cannot buy and is a very crucial and precise fix. It is very clear my poor girl was not fixed properly, just slapped back together.
