From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and centered around making things easy for us. Ryan, the Sales Manager, was fantastic. He promptly answered all our questions via email, kept us updated on when the vehicle would arrive, and ensured everything was ready when we got there. Even with the start of a new month and some discount changes, Ryan worked his magic to make sure we still got the best possible deal. We really appreciated his transparency and commitment to making it work.

Vinny, our Sales Consultant, made the experience even more enjoyable. He gave us a great test drive and showed us all the cool features the vehicle had to offer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared that we had all the information we needed. Even after the paperwork was done, he took extra time to walk us through the vehicle again and answer any last questions.

My husband and I just bought a car with Jason Montgomery at AutoNation GMC. On Friday, Jason spent a lot of time helping me on the phone, then was so great at answering all of my questions in person. I told him that I would be bringing my kids and he was so great with them too! He kept them entertained and engaged while I was looking at the differences in the cars I was looking at. I'd say he spent a good hour keeping my kids engaged and answering all of my million questions. Later that day, my husband spoke to him on the phone and our "deal" was worked out really quickly. We got back to the dealership to pay for the car and bring it home and he kept everything moving smoothly and quickly. I cannot say enough good things about how great the dealership was with the sale and with Jason.

Julio in sales and Bryan in finance 2 of the best across multiple dealerships in the Denver Metro! Between extended test drives and plesent closing(s) in finance. Such a great experience came back for the 2nd Hummer: left with the 2x  SUV on Tuseday and the 3x  SUT on Thursday. The lease promos definitely helped however the overall experience had me back for more!

I recently visited AutoNation to inquire about a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, a dream car I’ve extensively researched as an upgrade from my previous Alfa Romeo Giulia Q4, which I also purchased through AutoNation. Having had a positive experience with my prior purchase, I arrived with high expectations and a pre-approval from USAA, ready to drive away in my dream car. Unfortunately, this experience was a stark contrast, marked by poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of basic hospitality that left me deeply disappointed as a returning customer.

Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged by staff, despite my prior coordination. While the salesman allowed me to test drive the Quadrifoglio—a highlight that reaffirmed my excitement for the car—the enthusiasm quickly faded. When I returned eager to discuss numbers, the sales team initially refused to run financing options until I mentioned I could put down a substantial deposit. Only then did they engage, which felt transactional rather than customer-focused. Throughout the process, my questions were met with annoyance, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued client.

Despite this, my passion for the car drove me to proceed. I signed paperwork and placed a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle, as banks were closed for Labor Day, with plans to return on Friday—my only day off—with a check for over half the car’s price. However, even basic courtesies like offering water or recognizing my status as a returning customer were absent. The most frustrating moment came when I requested a second test drive and was met with resistance and outright rudeness from the salesman, who seemed entitled and dismissive. This killed the excitement of purchasing my dream car.

The only positive interaction came from the finance manager, who showed professionalism.

As a professional and loyal customer, I expected to be treated with respect and hospitality, especially given my history with AutoNation and my clear intent to purchase a high-value vehicle. Instead, I felt undervalued and disregarded.

This experience was unacceptable for a dealership of AutoNation’s reputation, particularly for a returning customer ready to make a significant purchase. I urge management to address these issues—improve staff training, prioritize customer service, and ensure all clients are treated with respect. I still want the Quadrifoglio, but this ordeal has made me question whether I’ll return to AutoNation. I hope this feedback prompts meaningful change to prevent other customers from enduring similar treatment.
