These nasal strips use 4-touch technology and they gently open your nasal passages using four different touch points. To use, all you need to do wash your nose first with soap and water. Make sure it is completely dry or the strips won't stick as well. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose and then press and hold it down for 30 seconds.
