Request for Resolution of Unresolved Issues

Dear Neil, I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to express my disappointment regarding the unresolved issues with the service you provided. While I understand that you sent someone out to attempt to fix the issues, unfortunately, they were not successfully addressed, and the situation remains unresolved. It is disheartening that despite repeated attempts to reach you, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. I acknowledge that I should have taken more steps to secure an invoice or licensing agreement, but that does not negate the fact that the service provided has not met expectations, and your lack of communication has only exacerbated the issue. At this point, I am requesting that you either correct the outstanding problems or consider refunding a portion of the money to compensate for the negligence on your part. Please take the time to review the photos provided, as they illustrate the current state of the work done. I truly hope we can come to a resolution. Your professionalism and pride in your work are key to maintaining good relationships with clients, and I trust you will do what’s necessary to remedy this situation.
