Got a sweet price on the exact used bike I wanted (with a bunch of extras), and they let me put it on hold until I could go pick it up, so no one else could snake it. Bike was immaculate too.

Also, after reading some of these other reviews, I wanted to add that there are some real crybabies out there. Yeah I had to wait around a little bit and haggle some, but that’s expected when buying a bike or car. They’re busy and making deals, welcome to the real world.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I took the riders academy this last week. I was so exited to get a bike. A friend of mine referred it to this location. I walked through the whole showroom looking at bikes. Taking pictures. And not 1 sales person came up to see if I needed any help. Maybe being an older female they didn’t think I was really in there to purchase my first bike. Well I will take my business to another location, because I have every Intention on having a bike delivered to my home this week.

Avoid This Dealership – Shady Practices and Zero Responsibility!!

Had to give them a one-star because of their terrible service department. Bought the bike from Wheels in Motion on the weekend of July 4th and had a lowering kit installed. After picking it up, I rode it home—about an hour and a half ride—and immediately noticed an obvious noise coming from the back wheel. I went to my local shop the very next day for inspection, and they found that the Wheels in Motion service department had forgotten to install some bushings when installing the lowering kit. They also pointed out a possible manufacturing issue with the wheel.

When installing the new lowering link, they also never gave me back my OEM link and kickstand. When I asked about it while at the shop, they said they couldn’t find them and even claimed they had already offered them back to me—which never happened. If they truly offered, why would I refuse and leave them behind? After I told them they’d either have to give me brand new OEM parts or reimburse me, they “magically” found them. This entire situation felt extremely shady.

I brought the bike back to Wheels in Motion to address the wheel issue, but they took zero responsibility and instead tried to blame it on the chain—even though my local shop had already checked it and clearly showed me the real problem. The staff at Wheels in Motion does not seem to be honest or accountable for their work.

The sales guy, Cameron, was fine to work with. However, the overall experience—especially with the service department—makes me not want to recommend this dealership or return to buy another bike from them. If you value safety, honesty, and accountability, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Excellent selection, great prices and top notch service!

I've been a loyal local customer for over 10+ years, we've also just purchased a 32k razr from them, and I wish I didn't. My biggest disappointment has been with the service department. I've always taken my dirt bike to them for service and repairs, and their customer service has always been average/mediocre, but lately, it has been a nightmare. Jessee from the service dept acts like he doesnt care take the time to explain or even recommend. I was told I would get my bike back within 2 weeks and it took a month to get it back, and when I finally got it back, the problem was not fixed, o now I have t take it back and who knows when I will get it back. It's sad to say they lost a very loyal local customer. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place.
