Description

Specs: 27 foot with one slide, dual axel fifth wheel (M-1240RLS), two propane tanks, newer battery, 2 year old top AC unit (1.5 ton BTU), 2 year old window AC unit and spare tire (the black desk and computer chair are not apart of the sale) The fifth wheel is in my storage facility at All Secure Self Storage (7505 E 32nd St) and my access hours are 6am to 9pm but I will not show the RV after dark. The slide is currently in and I cannot hook up power to the RV and it must be moved by the buyer as l do not have a way to move a fifth wheel. It is being sold as is, I will only accept cashiers check at the prospective buyers bank or cash. I have the title, the title is clean with no liens, after purchase I can accompany the buyer to the DMV to sign over the title or they can use the written purchase agreement I can provide and change the title over themselves.
