Description
These classic chairs from the British colonial era in India are made of solid teak wood with original caning (rattan). Each has tremendous character and are a real statement piece. Perfect for a covered veranda or indoors. Chair 1 has the characteristic “paddle arms” originally used as leg rests, but some people use them to hold trays or books. Slight wear on caning as seen in photo. Chair 2 features wheels on back legs and elegant arm design. It has two cracks as seen in photos. Overall very good condition. These often go for $2,000-$4,000 used. Tremendous character! Each Chair $1200 Set: $2000
