In great condition no rips or tears. Needs minor cleaning no pets owned. No smoking . Wood misaligned slightly on the connector part but it’s an easy fix and still connects. Very spacious and comfy. I would keep but it’s too big for my new apartment. Purchased from Ashley’s furniture for $2200. I do not ship pick up only.
