I checked new because I only wore them once. Promise. I bought these at Sears a few months ago. I lost weight all of a sudden. That is why I only wore them once. Waist is 38. Length is 30. $20 buys them. These are $55 in stores. I won't go any lower than $20. You know they are worth it
