Don't pay attention to bad reviews, it has been 4 months since I bought my Toyota vehicle and I have not encountered any problems. Unlike other dealers, they want you to have a really decent vehicle rather than only focusing on making money.

My son found a car he liked from their FB post. The team was very responsive and answered our questions before we arrived. The salesperson was helpful and let us take it on a test drive right away. So far, the car has been great and the service of purchasing the car was easy. The only reason I don't give five stars is Carmood does literally NOTHING to detail or clean cars on their lot. The car hadn't been cleaned in months. Presumably, a previous owner had spilled something in the trunk and it seeped through the carpet and was stuck to the spare tire. If you go there, you'll get great service, but if you buy something your first trip should be to the car wash.
