I have purchased my 5th vehicle from them over the years, and all of them lasted me until I saw my next "have to have" auto!   I travel a lot and put a lot of highway miles on them, and I have never been left on the side of the road.  They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and at very competitive prices.  The office personnel is very friendly, and any questions or minor issues I have had with the vehicles following my purchases were taken care of by their great mechanical crew without hesitation!  The (few) people that left bad reviews need to understand that there are risks involved with buying used cars with higher mileage.  This dealer cleans their cars very well prior to lising them for sale to make it easy for the buyer to inspect them and they give you all the tools needed (free car fax) to use your better judgment to purchase their vehicles. I would recommend those who are not familiar with spotting potential issues have a mechanic check the car for them before purchasing one.  You have to remember this dealers personnel have not driven all their vehicles for a very long time prior to listing them for sale.  It's nice to know dealers like this give us opportunities to purchase cars at a much more affordable price than big dealers can offer!

Bought a nice truck from them so I thought I’ve had this truck three months and already put over $2500 worth of repairs into it and still have to put stuff into it. They are real good at Band-Aid stuff to make it off a lot started having problems with trucks the day after I got it. Like all the reviews say nice friendly folks but that’s just cause they know they are sticking it to you ..so I would most Definitely take whatever you’re buying to a certified mechanic and have them look at it before you purchase it …

I had a truly great experience buying a car from you . Good car selection , good prices and great customer service. Finance was easy and quick . I would definitely recommend you guys and come back when ever I would need a car .

THIS OWNER has - WITHOUT A DOUBT - theee very WORST BUSINESS ACUMEN and sales methods ON PLANET EARTH! In fact, he is SO bad - I honestly, sincerely have to question his cognitive processing capabilities.

First off - they claim to open at 9 on Saturday. I called from 8:30 to 10:15 without anyone answering. When they finally did return my call, I let them know that I was a serious buyer over a 150 miles away and had a similar car I wanted to trade. The salesperson asked for me to send photos of my trade to the owner, which I promptly did, then immediately took off to go see the car.

The owner, some guy named Jake, then called me back, asked me a bunch of questions about the vehicle, then suddenly out of the blue turns 180° and says he hasn't been taking in any trade-ins for months now.

HUH?

Then why on earth would he have had me take the time to send him photos of my car, and call me to ask about the trade?

That was the first red flag. I had discussed with his salesperson that I had wanted to have the car inspected by getting a PPI from a mechanic. Upon arrival, that's what I did. Because I had so far to drive and because they contacted me so late in the day, the inspection took until  past their four o'clock closing time.

Having worked in auto sales previously myself, I know for a fact that ANY legitemate dealership which had a serious customer arrive late in the day was always very concerned about completing the sale, even if it meant staying after your usual closing time.

This guy incessantly texted me, and called and shouted at me finally demanding that I returned his vehicle (WHICH I WAS PAYING TO HAVE PROFESSIONALLY INSPECTED)  because it was an hour and a half past his closing.

I told him it was up to the mechanic when I get it back.

He was furious and screamed "YOU DON'T NEED NO DAMN INSPECTION!!ALL CARS ARE SOLD AS IS!! to which I replied "Yea, all the more reason that I DO need an inspection to determine exactly what "as is" means!!"
I asked him  "Do you really think I'm a tire kicker If i'm getting this vehicle inspected and drove over a hundred and eighty miles, one way to look at it?"

He came to where I was having the car inspected. At first he acted very calm and shook my hand, then immediately began screaming at me at the top of his lungs, shouting about he doesn't do business this way. It was all about him not about the customer. Or selling a car at all. He didn't care one bit.

After I paid three hundred dollars out of pocket To have this vehicle inspected and have freon added to the air conditioning system, He refused to sell it to me!! To his credit after my mentioning that fact, he did offer to cover the cost, he called the shop, told them and they refunded my payment for the freon and inspection.

I'm not sure WHAT the true  purpose of this entire car dealership is. From my personal experience here,  it SURE doesn't appear to be  to sell anybody a car.
