XL-1 body 16x stock lens 3x wide lens 16x manual zoom lens 2 batteries Stereo microphone MA-100 XLR mic adapter/shoulder pad Varizoom Stealth zoom controller Filters, cables, original manuals, etc. All tested and works great. Some of the camera body's rubber coating had deteriorated so I removed it with rubbing alcohol, microphone needs new foam windscreen and camera needs a new CR2025 lithium button battery.
