I had an amazing experience working with Adam. From the very beginning, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. They made the process smooth, stress free, and never pressured me into making a decision. Worst experience of my life. I recommend getting them vehicle you are clgonna purchase 😆 looked at by a professional first. Stop leak was out in the radiator and about 15k in damages were not told to me. I financed in August and have gotten to drive it not even half of the time I've had and national won't do anything to make it right. They won't b even respond. So be very careful before you sign anything. I've had to file a complaint with the attorney generals office to get this mess fixed.

Adam and the whole crew was very awesome to do business with got me approved and got me rolling when everybody else denied me and I really needed a car. I definitely will be doing business again soon with national auto sales east and I highly recommend them if you need a car and ask for Adam he’s the man!

I suggest if you’re in search of a good used car do not buy from this dealer, we purchased a vehicle for my daughter. When purchased, they said that they were going to do the repairs that were necessary they said purchase the vehicle now bring it back in a week and we’ll get the repairs done. We took it back and they said they fired the mechanic, suggested we go elsewhere for repair then they refuse to do the repair. My daughter had this vehicle about five weeks after those five weeks she couldn’t drive the vehicle but a couple of times and it just started falling apart total hunk of junk, very unsafe to drive. My daughter is a single mother of two little ones I needed a safe vehicle. We ask if she could exchange a vehicle for another they wouldn’t respond to this day. We have not received a call from the management there to resolve this issue. I had them come and pick the vehicle up because it was not drivable, we took it to a repair shop and there so many safety issues with this vehicle that they advised to be towed from their lot.

To summit up this dealership, praise on people that have less than perfect credit large down payments, high monthly payments and overpriced vehicles very high mileage.

They were not transparent at all, very evasive and shady passing the buck.

They should be ashamed how dirty they do people. My daughter went in twice. They never gave the the title so we could get hard plates

My suggestion to you if you decide to do business with them, make sure you take the vehicle to a reputable repair shop and have it inspected first before you purchase it because they do not honor their word
